justinflowers.com did not have good customer service at all! First, they charged me $21.00 for shipping when they are using a local flower shop! Then they delivered the flowers almost 4 hours late and it was not on a holiday! Then, they call me girlfriend for directions to her work when the flowers were suppose to be a surprise! Very Disappointing! Upon calling the company they said they were sorry and that I would receive my refund in 1 a 4 business days but did t do anything else for me! It turns out that they can almost eliminate the shipping charge... just be cautious if the flowers are suppose to be a surprise. 129b654
